Job summary

NEOMED's Center for Artificial Intelligence and Digital Experience (AIDE) invites applications for Director, AI Studio. You will lead the AI product strategy, architecture, and development, shaping AI-driven solutions for research, operations, and innovation within a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

You will oversee a cross-disciplinary team, partner with clinical and IT stakeholders, ensure regulatory alignment, and drive scalable, impactful projects from inception to deployment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science, data science, AI, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience building and managing product or technology initiatives.
• Minimum of 2 years leading AI/ML or data science initiatives.
• Experience in healthcare, academic medicine, or similarly complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic vision for the AI Products and Technology Core.
• Direct a portfolio of high-impact AI initiatives and manage project timelines.
• Develop core processes and infrastructure to support AI product development.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and stakeholders to align AI initiatives with strategy.
