Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED) is seeking a Senior Manager, Center Operations for the Center for Artificial Intelligence and Digital Experience (AIDE). The role partners with the Executive Director to establish core operating processes and manage staffing, onboarding, and office infrastructure.

The Senior Manager will lead AIDE community and industry engagement, coordination with the External Advisory Council, and events planning, while guiding branding, communications, and ongoing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, public or healthcare administration.
• Minimum of five years of progressive experience in operations management or program administration.
• Experience leading recruiting, onboarding, and team development.
• Experience planning events, summits, and conferences to advance a topic or field.
• Experience managing external stakeholder relationships or advisory boards.

Responsibilities

• Center Operations and Infrastructure: Manage daily activities and operational functions of AIDE and help establish the strategic plan.
• Staffing, Recruiting, and Team Development: Organize staffing and recruiting to build a high‑performing team and oversee onboarding.
• Conferences, Competitions, and Events: Plan and execute conferences and events to enhance AIDE's visibility.
• Community and Industry Engagement: Lead external engagement and manage the External Advisory Council.
• Research Related Activities: Coordinate IRB submissions and grant application processes as needed.
• Communication and Branding: Oversee marketing and branding aligned with institutional standards.
• Commercialization and Philanthropic Engagement: Support funding and partnerships for AIDE.
• Miscellaneous Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
