Job summary

NEOMED is seeking a Senior Manager of AI Enablement to lead the Clinical Innovation and Development team within the Center for AI and Digital Experience (AIDE). The role translates AI solutions into practical, scalable clinical and operational applications and serves as a chief of staff to the Executive Director.

You will triage opportunities from internal and external sources, ensure governance and IRB alignment, and oversee human-centered design and end-user adoption across UH/NEOMED.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in health informatics, public health, clinical sciences, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of management experience in clinical implementation or health technology deployment.
• Experience leading change management or implementation for AI solutions.
• Experience working across multidisciplinary teams including clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sourcing, intake, triage frameworks evaluating AI solutions for AIDE Product and Technology Core.
• Design and monitor research activities, IRB requirements, and outcomes measurement.
• Lead translation of AI products into clinical and operational workflows and governance.
• Apply human-centered design to identify user needs and support adoption.
• Coordinate governance, alignment, and stakeholder engagement across institutions.
• Supervise multiple employees and manage enablement timelines and budgets.
• Maintain documentation and support reporting for leadership and committees.
