The Center for AI and Digital Experience (AIDE) at NEOMED seeks a Senior Manager of AI Enablement to lead the Clinical Innovation and Development team. This role translates AI solutions into practical, scalable applications within clinical and operational environments and acts as a chief of staff to the Executive Director, triaging opportunities and guiding human-centered design and governance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in health informatics, public health, clinical sciences, healthcare administration, business administration, human factors, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of management experience in clinical implementation, health technology deployment, or a related function.
• Demonstrated experience leading change management or implementation efforts for technology or AI solutions in clinical environments.
• Experience working across multidisciplinary teams, including clinical, technical, operational, and administrative stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Senior Manager for AI Enablement role to translate AI solutions into practical, scalable applications for clinical and operational use.
• Lead human-centered design and governance activities, coordinating with IT, clinicians, and researchers.
• Build and manage the evaluation and deployment pipeline for AI initiatives from pilot to governed use.
• Coordinate with institutional governance bodies and stakeholders to ensure safety, compliance, and adoption.
• Directly supervise and evaluate multiple employees, including managers and analysts.
