Job summary

Knight-Swift Supply Chain is seeking a Director of AI Strategy and Governance to establish the company’s enterprise AI strategy, governance framework, and center of excellence. You will set standards for responsible AI adoption across warehousing, fulfillment, logistics, and corporate functions, ensuring initiatives are explainable, secure, and value-driven.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, information technology, data analytics, or related field.
• 8+ years in technology strategy, AI, analytics, or operational excellence.
• 5+ years leading enterprise programs or cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to develop business cases and governance frameworks with measurable results.
• Strong executive presentation and influence without direct ownership.
• Strong financial analysis and business case development.
• Good judgment on data privacy, responsible AI, and risk.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains the enterprise AI strategy and multiyear roadmap.
• Creates enterprise AI governance framework and Center of Excellence.
• Leads governance processes for evaluating, prioritizing, and approving AI opportunities.
• Manages enterprise AI portfolio and investment recommendations for executives.
• Partners with Legal, HR, Finance, and IT to ensure legal and policy compliance.
• Prioritizes AI opportunities that improve warehousing, fulfillment, logistics, and operations.
