Job summary

Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield is seeking a Senior AI Governance Leader to translate strategic AI priorities into coordinated execution across the organization. You will provide oversight, governance, and enablement for enterprise AI initiatives, aligning objectives with technology, risk, and investment decisions.

You will drive actionable roadmaps, establish measurement frameworks, and coordinate vendor evaluations, ensuring the necessary technology, data, and workforce capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of progressive project experience across multiple projects enterprise-wide.
• Proven Business, Strategic Planning, and Project Management experience.
• Ability to develop initiative plans, roadmaps, and manage interdependencies.
• Demonstrates ownership and commitment to complex projects.
• Proven skills in building relationships and influencing across the organization.
• Strong verbal and written communication, including executive communication & PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel up to 5%.
