Qualifications

• 4+ years in business transformation, technology implementation, or related field
• Experience deploying AI-enabled business tools or automation platforms
• Familiarity with generative AI applications and business productivity tools
• Experience managing technology adoption projects
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills with ability to translate requirements to practical tech solutions
• Experience collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders

Responsabilités

• Assess processes across BE and its four operating companies to identify AI opportunities and develop an adoption roadmap
• Evaluate and recommend AI platforms, automation tools, and business applications; lead initiatives from planning through deployment
• Establish measurable performance indicators for AI investments
• Identify repetitive processes and implement AI-assisted workflows for document processing and communications
• Coordinate integrations with existing business systems and monitor performance for refinements
• Develop AI-assisted workflows, executive dashboards, and reporting processes for leadership
• Consolidate information from data sources and evaluate AI outputs for accuracy and reliability
• Assess technology needs across operating companies and coordinate implementation projects
• Support AI-powered CRM, marketing, and administrative workflows; track results and improvements
• Evaluate tools for property-related document organization and reporting and ensure human review for investment decisions
• Research tools for market analysis and investment research to improve access to portfolio information
• Establish responsible AI-use guidelines and evaluate confidentiality, data security, and vendor risks
• Develop employee training materials and adoption procedures for approved tools
