Job summary

Clinical Ink, Inc. seeks a Director, Enterprise AI Governance and Strategy to lead the AI governance program within the AI Enablement team in the United States. This role chairs the AI Governance Council, manages the SOP suite, and guides risk across sponsor contracts and regulatory obligations.

You will partner with Legal and Regulatory Compliance, drive governance adoption, and translate AI concepts into actionable business guidance for leadership and sponsors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required. Master/PhD in CS/Statistics/AI/ML preferred.
• 2+ years in technology governance, risk/compliance, or AI/data strategy roles, with 1–2 years focused on AI governance.
• 8–10 years in technology innovation, including developing AI/ML models and leading AI, data, or engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the AI governance framework and SOP suite, ensuring alignment with ISO 42001, EU AI Act, and 21 CFR Part 11.
• Chair the AI Governance Council and AI Champions Network; drive intake, reviews, and approvals of new AI use cases.
• Partner with Legal/Regulatory Compliance to manage AI-related risk across contracts and ensure governance steps are followed.
