Job summary

SI Group seeks a Director, Artificial Intelligence to lead a responsible AI strategy, governance, and enterprise AI initiatives across manufacturing and business functions. You will shape a multi-year roadmap, establish AI policies, and drive value through AI and automation while ensuring alignment with security and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree and 10+ years in data science/AI.
• Minimum 5 years in team or program management.
• Experience with Python, SQL, ML frameworks, and cloud ML platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI strategy and governance across functions.
• Oversee AI budgets, vendor contracts, and platform roadmaps.
• Develop AI models and agents from prototype to production.
• Partner with IT and OT teams to align data sources and security standards.
