Total Perform is seeking an AI Lead to drive innovation and thought leadership across our organization. You will combine deep expertise with evangelism, shaping AI-first solutions for customers and guiding internal best practices.

You will speak at conferences, publish technical content, and demonstrate real-world AI applications that deliver measurable business value. The role blends technologist, strategist, and evangelist responsibilities in a hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on production experience with Claude, ChatGPT, or similar LLMs.
• Strong foundation in software engineering, data engineering, or AI/ML.
• Proven ability to communicate AI concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience building AI-powered applications that deliver business value.
• Track record of external communication: speaking, writing, or community engagement.
• Familiarity with AI governance, safety, and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI/LLM-powered solutions across client engagements.
• Establish best practices and architectural patterns for AI integration.
• Mentor engineers on prompt engineering and AI-assisted development.
• Build POCs and pilots to demonstrate AI capabilities to customers and internal teams.
• Speak at conferences, publish technical content, and engage with the AI community.
• Collaborate with delivery, consulting, and engineering leaders to identify AI opportunities.
