Elite Technology is seeking an AI-focused individual contributor to shape how AI is identified, evaluated, and applied across enterprise and product domains. You will partner with leaders to frame AI opportunities, guide prototyping, and establish scalable patterns for organization-wide adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience.
• 9+ years strong experience in AI/ML, software engineering, data platforms, solution architecture, or related technical roles, with hands-on work in modern AI technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, including LLMs, prompt engineering, retrieval patterns, orchestration frameworks, and AI-enabled workflow automation.
• Demonstrated ability to explore new technologies quickly, build prototypes, and turn ambiguous ideas into practical recommendations.
• Experience guiding cross-functional teams through technical discovery, use case shaping, experimentation, and early implementation planning.
• Strong understanding of emerging AI patterns such as copilots, multi-step orchestration, agentic workflows, evaluation approaches, and human-in-the-loop design.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders through clear communication and practical technical judgment.
• Experience balancing innovation with responsible AI considerations including data governance, security, and compliance.
• Ability to travel 10–25% as business needs require.
• Sedentary role: desk/computer work; must be able to perform typical office tasks.
• Must be legally authorized to work in United States; no sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Guide business, product, and technology teams through ideation for AI and automation opportunities with value hypotheses and feasibility.
• Explore emerging AI technologies and assess applicability across enterprise and product scenarios.
• Lead experimentation and rapid prototyping to validate ideas and accelerate learning before investment.
• Develop proof-of-concepts and reference implementations for AI-enabled workflows and copilot designs.
• Influence AI strategy by surfacing insights from experiments and recommending high-value directions.
• Translate promising ideas into scalable implementation plans with stakeholders.
• Define standards and guardrails for responsible AI and agentic solution design.
• Serve as trusted advisor on AI trends, tradeoffs, and capabilities.
• Help teams understand possibilities, practicality, and next steps.
• Reduce fragmentation by standardizing tools and approaches; enable value-driven innovation.
• Contribute to Elite’s long-term AI vision balancing innovation, security, and business value.
• Perform other duties to support department and company objectives.
