Job summary

Evolver is seeking Strategic Engagement Leads to drive enterprise AI deployments in complex organizations. This senior, highly client-facing delivery role collaborates with customers, Domain Value Architects, and Forward Deployment Engineers to translate strategic objectives into actionable deployments.

Ideal candidates bring 4–8 years of consulting or transformation experience, strong structured thinking, and the ability to manage workstreams from discovery through deployment and adoption.

Qualifications

4–8 years of experience in consulting, strategy, business transformation, enterprise technology implementation, or a similar client-facing role.
Experience working directly with customers or senior business stakeholders in complex organizations.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

Work directly with customers to understand priorities, operational challenges, and transformation objectives.
Translate customer needs into clearly defined AI use cases, deployment priorities, and actionable workstreams.
Develop phased deployment roadmaps aligned with measurable business outcomes.
Define and track KPIs to measure deployment success and business impact.
Prepare and deliver presentations, analyses, recommendations, and deployment updates directly to customers.
