Job summary

Armada- is seeking an AI Solutions Leader to drive high-value AI initiatives and align them with the company roadmap. You will partner with business leaders, guide architecture decisions, and manage a small team to ensure measurable value from AI programs.

You will apply pragmatic AI approaches, leverage Microsoft tools, and push back on ideas unlikely to deliver value. This leadership role blends technology, strategy, and delivery discipline in a hybrid office environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer information systems or related field.
• 7+ years of experience, with at least 3 in product management, facilitation, or leadership role.
• Deep expertise in AI-driven customer service solutions.
• Recent experience with Azure, Fabric, and Power Platform.
• Ability to analyze complex technical and management problems and determine cost-effective solutions.
• Strong ability to communicate with executive management and other senior professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI initiatives from idea to outcome.
• Partner with stakeholders to clarify decisions, workflows, and constraints.
• Maintain focus on measurable value, not experimentation for its own sake.
• Define and evolve the Applied AI roadmap.
• Establish near- and medium-term priorities aligned to business value.
• Balance quick wins with longer-term capability building.
• Adjust direction as business needs, data readiness, and technology evolve.
• Evaluate and select between AI agents/copilots, LLM-driven automation, computer vision, and traditional ML.
