Job summary

Total Perform seeks an AI Lead to drive innovation and thought leadership in AI, combining deep technical expertise with evangelism. You will shape AI-first solutions for customers, set best practices, and become a recognized voice—speaking at conferences, publishing content, and showing real-world AI value.

This is a hybrid role blending technology, strategy, and external engagement. You will lead by example in prompt engineering, AI‑assisted development, and agentic workflows while mentoring

Qualifications

• Hands-on production experience with Claude, ChatGPT, or similar LLM platforms in real projects.
• Strong software/data/AI/ML background beyond hype.
• Proven ability to communicate AI concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience building or integrating AI-powered solutions with measurable business value.
• Track record of external communication: speaking, writing, or community engagement.
• Understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, ethics, and governance.
• Ability to evaluate emerging AI tools and articulate potential impact.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI/LLM-powered solutions using Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, and other platforms.
• Establish best practices and architectural patterns for AI integration across projects.
• Evaluate new AI tools through hands-on experimentation and proof‑of‑concepts.
• Mentor engineers on prompt engineering and AI-assisted development.
• Build pilot projects demonstrating AI capabilities to customers and teams.
• Collaborate with delivery, consulting, and engineering leaders to identify AI opportunities.
