Job summary

Ramp is seeking a Customer Activation Manager for AI Spend Management and Router in the United States. You will guide customers through technical activation, align developers with finance needs, and build a repeatable implementation playbook as we scale early product motions.

You will lead customer plans for AI Spend Management, coordinate with Solutions partners, and ensure successful first use and ongoing adoption across Ramp customers.

Qualifications

• Experience owning technical customer launches from handoff through verified first use and sustained adoption.
• Ability to read API documentation and reason through request/response evidence, authentication and integration issues.
• Comfort communicating with developers and finance leaders to align launch plans.
• Ability to work with multiple teams (Sales, CS, Technical Solutions, Product, Engineering) on integrations.
• Experience with AI providers and governance around usage and costs.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery and implementation planning including prerequisites, owners, and adoption milestones.
• Read API docs and investigate setup issues such as credentials and permissions.
• Explain AI usage, costs, and governance to both technical and finance stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on deeper Router integrations and next steps.
• Guide customers from a working connection to a useful usage-review workflow after launch.
• Capture recurring questions to improve guidance and internal playbooks.
