Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical customer success, account management, implementations, solutions consulting, or a related customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery and implementation planning, including provider connections, prerequisites, owners, usage visibility, first-use milestones, and adoption follow-through.
