Ramp is hiring a Customer Activation Manager for AI Spend Management and Router. You will guide customers through technical activation, connect developers with Finance needs, and build the implementation playbook as we learn.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical customer success or related role.
• Experience owning technical customer launches from handoff to verified first use and sustained adoption.
• Ability to read API documentation and reason through request/response evidence, authentication, permissions, and integration issues.
• Working knowledge of multiple AI providers and the tradeoffs around capabilities, cost, latency, reliability, usage limits, and data handling.
• Able to communicate credibly with developers or AI administrators and with Finance leaders to align on launch plans.

Responsabilités

• Lead customer discovery and implementation planning, including prerequisites, owners, and adoption milestones.
• Read API documentation and investigate setup issues such as credentials, permissions, and model selection.
• Explain AI usage, costs, and governance to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Solutions, Product, and Engineering for deeper integrations or issues needing code work.
• Guide customers from a working connection to a useful usage-review or governance workflow and verify adoption post-launch.
• Capture recurring questions and failure patterns to improve guidance and playbooks.
