Job summary

Ramp is hiring a Customer Activation Manager for AI Spend Management and Router. You will guide customers through technical activation, align developers and AI admins with Finance needs, and create a repeatable activation workflow while coordinating with Solutions partners for deeper code integration.

This early product motion role requires building a scalable implementation playbook and driving adoption, with close collaboration across Sales, CS, Product and Engineering.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical customer success, account management, or related role.
• Experience launching technical customer deployments from handoff to verified first use.
• Ability to read API docs and reason through issues (production coding not required).

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and implementation planning with customers, including ownership and adoption milestones.
• Read and interpret API docs to diagnose setup issues and permissions.
• Explain AI usage, costs and governance to technical and finance stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Sales, CS, Solutions, Product and Engineering for deeper Router integrations.
• Guide customers from connection to usage review and governance workflow post-launch.
• Capture recurring questions to improve guides and playbooks.
