Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking an experienced FDE Technical Program Manager to lead enterprise AI initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and customers to deliver scalable AI solutions on the Now Platform.

You will manage SDLC, release planning, and complex deployments, while maintaining a customer-first focus and driving measurable business value. This role requires travel and a passion for transforming AI into repeatable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project/program management experience in mid/large software development companies.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and release management in cloud-based SaaS products.
• Prior work delivering AI or intelligent workflow solutions at scale with measurable customer impact.
• Familiarity with AI governance, compliance, and enterprise security practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, designers, and customers to deliver AI-enabled systems.
• Directly engage with customers to co-create AI solutions and act as primary contact or escalation point.
• Build trusted relationships with internal and external leaders to drive strategic build objectives and delivery.
• Drive large-scale, cross-functional AI software development builds on tight timelines.
• Translate business objectives into actionable milestones and execution plans.
• Identify and remove obstacles in AI deployment, manage risks and dependencies, and support releases.
• Create documentation and promote automation to replace repetitive tasks.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities and provide transparent progress via reports and dashboards.
