Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Manager, Solution Design & Realization, to lead AI-native solution design across industries. You will partner with Product, Field Sales, and Solution Consulting to translate customer voice into scalable, end-to-end solutions that leverage AI and automation at scale.

You will drive discovery, synthesize insights, and own the path from concept to pilot to full rollout, shaping the future of AI-enabled transformation for our enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of progressive experience in solution architecture, design thinking, user research, strategy consulting, or digital transformation at enterprise scale.
• Proven expertise in qualitative and quantitative research with ability to synthesize insights that drive decisions.
• Ability to connect user value, product capability, and business outcomes through clear insights.
• Executive presence with facilitation, communication, and storytelling; able to influence senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience applying AI and modern design tools to accelerate research and solution development.

Responsibilities

• Drive net new ACV growth in assigned verticals through solution-led engagement.
• Shape solution design with AI-first research frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
• Build AI-native market intelligence workflows from signals to opportunities.
• Maintain deep industry trend expertise and translate insights into solutions.
• Lead discovery sessions with customers, partners, and experts to validate challenges and identify opportunities.
• Index and reuse knowledge across teams using AI for search and reuse.
• Dive deep into ServiceNow product capabilities to ensure feasible designs.
• Translate insights into platform-ready solution designs aligned with capabilities.
• Act as product owner for seller-facing agents and tooling from concept to rollout.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Field Sales on scope, value, and positioning.
