Provectus, an AI consultancy, is seeking an energetic Business Development Manager to drive market expansion in North America. This hunter-oriented role focuses on building pipeline, generating opportunities, and engaging with mid-market and enterprise prospects.

You will work with leadership, travel up to 40% for client meetings and events, and partner to close deals. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in sales or BDM in consulting/services-led environments, with experience selling technology

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of sales or BDM experience in consulting/services-led environments.
• Proven ability to prospect, engage, and qualify leads independently.
• Experience with selling technology services and managing negotiations with clients.

Responsibilities

• Source and qualify new business opportunities in North America.
• Build and manage a client pipeline across multiple verticals.
• Proactively reach out to prospects via outbound (email, calls, social).
• Coordinate discovery & qualification conversations.
• Partner with leadership to close deals.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings (travel expected 40% of the time).
