Job summary

Provectus, an AI consultancy, seeks a Business Development Manager to drive market expansion in North America. This hunter-oriented role stacks pipeline, generates new opportunities, and engages mid-market and enterprise prospects.

You’ll work with leadership yet operate with autonomy, travel up to 40% for events and client meetings, and bring 2–5 years in services sales, with proven prospecting, engagement, and negotiation of technology services.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sales or BDM experience in consulting/services-led environments.
• Proven ability to prospect, engage, and qualify leads independently.
• Experience with selling technology services and managing negotiations with clients.

Responsibilities

• Source and qualify new business opportunities in North America
• Build and manage a client pipeline across multiple verticals
• Proactively reach out to prospects via outbound (email, calls, social)
• Coordinate discovery & qualification conversations
• Partner with leadership to close deals
• Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings (travel expected 40% of the time)
