Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in solutions consulting, sales engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing a team of solution architects, solution engineers, or technical account managers.
• Experience with enterprise AI platforms and APIs.
• Strong governance, KPI tracking, and data compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Solution Engineers across SMB, Enterprise Qualification, and Renewals.
• Own team quota, pipeline, forecast accuracy, and productivity metrics.
• Establish clear performance expectations and SLA adherence.
• Drive pipeline reviews, call coaching, and QA scorecard reviews.
