Accenture is seeking an entrepreneurial Sales Leader to drive end-to-end sales of AI/data-driven solutions for high-growth mid-market clients. You will prospect, shape solutions, negotiate deals, and act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and IT leaders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in enterprise technology sales and account management.
• Experience selling consulting, managed services, cloud transformation or digital programs.
• Proven track record in AI/data strategy use cases within ecosystems.
• Experience with alliance-led selling and partner go-to-market motions.
• Minimum 3 years meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales lifecycle from prospecting to negotiation.
• Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery to address customer requirements.
• Prospect for new customers and nurture existing accounts.
• Manage a prospect list and CRM hygiene across all opportunities.
• Align with regional sales teams on joint pursuit strategies.
• Participate in market events to grow product knowledge.
