Job summary

Neural Concept is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge engineering credibility and strategic influence. You will connect VP-level business challenges to AI solutions, mastering Neural Concept's platform and roadmap to deliver credible, well-scoped outcomes.

You will lead discovery, define AI roadmaps, deliver client-tailored demos, and own the pre-sales motion from discovery to signed Statement of Work, acting as the technical compass through the client lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with CAD/CAE workflow knowledge and ability to identify bottlenecks in engineer workflows.
• Experience in pre-sales or solutions consulting and ability to connect technical concepts to business outcomes.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to guide executives and engineers alike.
• Fluent in French and English for client engagement and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Position Neural Concept as a strategic partner and trusted engineering adviser across engineering teams and executives.
• Lead structured discovery sessions to identify impactful use cases and feasible solutions.
• Define AI strategy and technical roadmaps translating capabilities into multi-horizon visions.
• Create compelling demos and client-tailored presentations aligned with client workflows.
• Draft and own the Statement of Work, understanding technical building blocks and workflow transformation.
• Run Steering Committees and connect engineering challenges to strategic outcomes.
• Drive user adoption across technical users and managers to embed Neural Concept in daily workflows.
• Identify upsell opportunities and shape them into well-scoped proposals.
• Collaborate with Sales and Forward Deployed Engineering to ensure smooth pre-sales to delivery transitions.
