You will partner with Enterprise Account Executives to understand complex architectures, deliver tailored demos, and lead PoCs that prove Gravitee’s value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Pre-Sales role for a B2B SaaS/software vendor.
• Proven track record engaging technical customer personas (Developers, Enterprise Architects, Security Teams, and CTOs).
• Strong communication and presentation skills—able to break down complex technical topics for both business and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive Technical Sales Success: Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to lead the technical sales process, demonstrating Gravitee’s value and converting prospects into successful, long-term customers.
• Understand & Solve Complex Challenges: Dive deep into enterprise architecture, conducting discovery sessions, delivering tailored product demos, leading PoCs, and providing expert technical guidance.
• Support and Expand Existing Accounts: Collaborate with Customer Success and Technical Account Managers to ensure existing customers maximize platform value and identify expansion opportunities.
• Foster Strategic Partnerships: Engage with regional SI/consulting partners and technology providers to explore technical integrations that extend Gravitee’s reach.
• Shape the Future of Gravitee: Work closely with Product and Marketing to influence the product roadmap based on direct field insights, contributing to tech talks, blogs, and community initiatives.
