Job summary

Gravitee, a leading API and AI security platform, seeks a Customer Success Manager to guide enterprise deployments across North America from kickoff to launch.

You will partner with engineering, support, and product teams, translating complex concepts for executives while ensuring rapid time-to-value and long-term expansion. This role blends technical leadership with strategic account management in a hybrid, travel-friendly setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Implementation, or Professional Services in fast-paced B2B SaaS.
• Solid domain knowledge or strong affinity for developer platforms and API management.
• Proven track record leading complex technical implementations for enterprise accounts.
• Strong project management with multitasking across client launches.
• Ability to speak with enterprise architects, security teams, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementation lifecycle from kickoff to launch and value realization.
• Act as primary project lead and trusted advisor for enterprise accounts.
• Collaborate with Solutions Eng, Support, and Product to remove deployment roadblocks.
• Create customer success plans with onboarding milestones and success metrics.
• Monitor account health and identify expansion opportunities.
• Represent customer feedback to Engineering and Product for roadmaps.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and executive alignment.
