Job summary

Encord is seeking a Solutions Engineer to be the technical expert for our most demanding enterprise customers. You will partner with Account Executives to architect scalable data integration and deliver production-grade POCs using Python and cloud services.

You will guide customers through security, architecture, and multimodal data challenges, translating technical findings into compelling business value for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python and scripting for data ingestion and pipelines.
• Strong communication to translate technical value to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and ML lifecycle concepts.
• Ability to lead technical discovery and end-to-end POC delivery.
• Familiarity with multimodal data or robotics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical strategy with executives and ML teams for enterprise sales cycles.
• Conduct deep discovery sessions with ML engineers, MLOps, and data engineers.
• Architect and deliver technical demos and POCs for complex customer problems.
• Own end-to-end POC implementation, writing production-quality Python scripts.
• Advise on security, architecture, and integration evaluations for complex data pipelines.
• Translate complex architectures into clear business value for stakeholders.
• Provide feedback to product and engineering teams from enterprise clients.
