Job summary

Encord is hiring a Solutions Engineer to be the core technical expert for our most complex customers. You will partner with Account Executives to architect and implement solutions for prospects on the Encord data platform, focusing on robotics, autonomous systems, and multimodal AI.

You will own end-to-end technical implementation of POCs, write production-quality Python scripts for data ingestion and integration, and guide customers through security, architecture, and evaluation steps while

Qualifications

• 1–5+ years in a customer-facing AI role such as Solutions Engineer
• Proficiency in Python for data ingestion and tooling
• Experience with at least one cloud platform (GCP/AWS/Azure)
• Strong communication and presentation skills for engineers and executives

Responsibilities

• Lead technical strategy for complex enterprise sales cycles
• Lead deep technical discovery sessions with ML engineers and MLOps leaders
• Architect, build, and deliver technical demos and POCs
• Own end-to-end technical implementation of POCs with production‑quality Python scripts
• Advise prospects on security, architecture, and integration evaluations
• Translate complex architectures into clear business value for senior stakeholders
• Provide detailed customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams
