Job summary

Scribe is seeking a Principal Solutions Engineer to bridge the gap between closing deals and delivering transformational outcomes for strategic Enterprise accounts. You will configure and lead Proof of Concept efforts and own the technical layer of the largest deals.

You’ll partner with AEs and CS teams to design solutions using Scribe's Workflow AI, demonstrate ROI, and craft credible security and technical validations for C-level stakeholders. This role is remote and US-based.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Solutions Engineering or similar pre-sales role at a high-growth SaaS company.
• Experience with complex named Strategic Accounts.
• Strong AI fluency: LLMs, prompts, model behavior, AI output quality.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into technical context for AI/ML teams.
• Understanding of enterprise workflows and tools like Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical layer of large strategic deals from discovery through close with tailored demos.
• Build ROI narratives grounded in the customer workflow data.
• Lead POC planning sessions and design proofs of concepts.
• Drive security workstreams and technical validation in deals.
• Create repeatable pre-sales assets and playbooks.
