Job summary

Scribe, a rapidly growing AI-driven platform, is seeking a Principal Solutions Engineer to own the technical layer of the company’s largest, most strategic deals. You’ll partner with Account Executives and Customer Success to design Proofs of Concept and align Scribe’s Workflow AI capabilities with measurable customer outcomes.

You will articulate ROI through customer data, lead security and validation workstreams, and build scalable pre-sales assets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a pre-sales technical role at a high-growth SaaS company.
• Experience selling to strategic enterprise accounts (F100).
• Strong AI fluency: LLMs, prompts, model behavior, and AI outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical layer of largest deals, partner with AEs, run tailored Optimize demos, plan POC.
• Develop ROI narratives grounded in customer workflow data.
• Drive technical validation and security workstreams in deals.
• Build credibility with technical stakeholders and remove roadblocks.
• Translate customer requirements into technical context for AI/ML teams.
• Create repeatable pre-sales assets and playbooks to scale wins.
