Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking an experienced Solutions Consultant to drive revenue by delivering product-specific solutions during sales cycles. You will lead discovery, demonstrate capabilities, answer technical questions, and align our offerings with customer needs in collaboration with Sales, Product Management, and executives.

You will travel as needed and stay current on competitive differentiation while helping regional teams achieve quarterly and annual targets with a hands-on, customer-focused

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making.
• 7+ years in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering.
• Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or cloud software expertise.
• Experience collaborating with product management, partners, and services.
• Territory management skills including pipeline building.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Support product sales as a technical and domain expert to the client-facing team.
• Lead discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and align solutions with needs.
• Answer product feature and technical questions from customers and partners.
• Provide feedback to product management for enhancements that add value.
• Share best practices and reusable assets with the Solution Consulting team.
• Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
• Support marketing events including executive briefings and trade shows.
