ServiceNow seeks a Solution Consultant to partner with Sales and help enterprise customers address complex security, identity, access, asset visibility, exposure management, and risk challenges. You will lead discovery, solution design, product demonstrations, POV engagements, and validate outcomes with security, identity, IT, risk, and executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales or related technical role.
• 5+ years customer-facing technical or support experience.
• Experience supporting complex cybersecurity/SaaS enterprise sales.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, identity and access, governance and risk.
• Knowledge of enterprise networking concepts: routing, switching, VLANs, subnetting, firewalls, DNS, NAT, segmentation.
• Ability to connect security platform data collection to business outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Sales to lead technical discovery, design and validation.
• Deliver compelling virtual and in-person technical demonstrations.
• Deploy and support POVs, proofs of value, and POCs.
• Translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.
• Advise during evaluations, competitive situations, and executive discussions.
• Develop customer-facing documentation and solution narratives.
• Lead technical training sessions from customer use cases and POVs.
• Support marketing events, conferences, webinars, and speaking engagements.
• Collaborate with Product, Enablement, Marketing, Customer Success and Support.
• Travel as required, typically 25–50% depending on region.
