Job summary

Simpro Group in Miami seeks an AI Sales Specialist to drive adoption and expansion of our SaaS products within the existing customer base. You will combine technical product knowledge with direct outbound engagement to accelerate cross-sell revenue and support Account Managers on expansion deals.

You will present product capabilities, translate features into business value, and collaborate with leadership across teams to pursue non-managed accounts and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a technical sales-support or sales engineering role within SaaS.
• Experience in Field Service Management, Payments, or adjacent vertical software markets.
• Strong understanding of SaaS products and enterprise software solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct high-volume outbound activity with a structured dial cadence.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption and expansion of Simpro Group products through outbound engagement and product demos.
• Serve as product expert to align offerings with client needs for higher adoption and cross-sell.
• Support Account Managers in expansion deals and provide technical conversations.
• Generate cross-sell pipeline by engaging non-managed accounts and closing expansion opportunities.
• Maintain deep product knowledge across Simpro Group portfolio and share feedback with product teams.
