Job summary

1mind AI Inc. is seeking a Customer Solutions Engineer, AI Agents, to act as the primary technical guide for our customers in a remote US role.

You will map workflows, configure agent behaviors, and ensure our AI workforce delivers transformative outcomes across client environments. You will collaborate with product and engineering, manage complex activations for enterprise stakeholders, and drive high-quality results in a fast-moving, remote-first culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in a technical, customer-facing role within a SaaS environment.
• Experience mapping complex workflows using drawing/diagram tools.
• Experience engaging enterprise stakeholders during onboarding/activation.

Responsibilities

• Architect Superhuman Activation: lead the technical discovery and blueprint phase for new customers.
• System Mapping & Integration: design data flows between 1mind agents and client stacks (CRMs, APIs, middleware).
• Experiential Configuration: tune visualizations, logic gates, and response triggers.
• Customer Consultation: act as the technical face guiding activation journeys.
• Quality Assurance & Optimization: test agent behaviors pre- and post-deployment.
• Feedback Loop: advocate for platform enhancements based on activation challenges.
