Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering or customer-facing technical experience.
• Hands-on AI development with LLMs, agent frameworks, RAG architectures, tool/function calling, and evaluation methodologies.
• Strong software engineering skills with production-quality code delivery.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems and APIs with third-party platforms.
• Ability to learn new business domains and translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments balancing speed, quality, and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered agents and workflows for enterprise customers.
• Build and maintain integrations with external systems, APIs, tools, and data sources.
• Create robust evaluation frameworks and testing methodologies for quality and reliability.
• Develop reusable AI capabilities scalable across customers and use cases.
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Continuously optimize agent behavior, knowledge management, performance, and UX.
