1mind is hiring a Customer Solutions Engineer to architect activation of AI agents for enterprise customers. You will map client systems to our AI framework, design data flows, and configure experiential components. This is a remote, US-based role requiring strong API and workflow design skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in a technical, customer-facing role in SaaS
• Proven track record of system integration using REST APIs, webhooks, middleware
• Background in workflow design with tools like LucidChart, Miro, Visio
• Experience managing onboarding/activation for enterprise stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Architect Superhuman Activation: map customer systems to our AI framework
• System Mapping & Integration: design data flows between agents and client tech stacks
• Experiential Configuration: refine visualizations, logic gates, and triggers
• Customer Consultation: act as technical face guiding activation journey
• Quality Assurance & Optimization: test agent behaviors pre and post deployment
• Feedback Loop: advocate for product/feature enhancements from activation insights
