Job summary

TechTree is seeking an experienced Frontline AI Engineer to sit at the front line with customers, map workflows on our platform, and turn AI into measurable business outcomes. You will write glue code, integration scripts, and agent configurations to get real-world AI solutions running in client environments.

You’ll embed with customers from kickoff to go-live and beyond, translating business logic into agent behavior, and shipping iterative improvements while maintaining strong client

Qualifications

• 5+ years in roles shipping AI to customers.
• Experience in forward-deployed or solutions engineering at an AI-first company.
• Applied AI/ML engineering with direct customer exposure.
• Technical consulting on AI or automation projects.
• Fluency in operational domains like supply chain, procurement, or finance ops.

Responsibilities

• Embed with customers from kickoff through go-live and beyond.
• Map customer workflows on the platform and decide what to automate, fix first, or block.
• Improve underlying processes where it matters—don’t automate broken flows; redesign them.
• Translate business logic into agent behaviour: actions, decision rules, exception paths, fallbacks.
• Configure and ship agents against real customer systems (ERPs, portals, spreadsheets, email, custom tools).
• Write integration code, scripts, and prototypes when needed.
• Debug live agents in production and iterate quickly.
• Build and own the working relationship with customer stakeholders, from operators to sponsors.
• Run working sessions, push back on scope, and explain trade-offs clearly.
• Capture reusable patterns and runbooks for faster future deployments.
• Send recurring workflow patterns back to Product and Engineering as signal.
