Job summary

Hatch is seeking a hands-on Solutions Architect to join our SF-based hybrid team. You will lead discovery calls with the AE, scope integrations, and own implementation through go-live for complex accounts.

In this role you’ll write the Technical Scope at close, guide onboarding with the Forward Deployed Engineer, and perform post-launch health checks. You’ll stay current with product updates and integrations to prevent lost deals.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Solutions Architect with customer-facing experience
• Experience evaluating APIs and system integrations
• Ability to pull data with SQL for deal complexity
• Strong communication across Sales, Product, and Engineering
• Proactive risk assessment and written scope documentation

Responsibilities

• Co-own discovery calls with the Account Executive and surface integration requirements early
• Scope CRM, API capabilities, and overall integration complexity; deliver a written complexity tier and Technical Scope at close
• Hand off Technical Scope to onboarding and oversee 4–8 week go-live timeline
• Lead post-launch technical health checks with the post-sales team
• Stay current on product updates and new integrations, keeping the sales team informed
