Job summary

Hatch is seeking a Solutions Architect to drive complex deployments from discovery through go-live in a hybrid SF office. You’ll own integration discovery, document scope, and guide onboarding for multi-system setups with CRM, lead sources, and API-based integrations.

In this hands-on role, you’ll run technical demos, assess feasibility, and partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to manage risk, timelines, and solution pricing while staying current on product capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical discovery calls and demos.
• Ability to evaluate APIs and integration feasibility.
• Strong collaboration with sales, product, and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Co-own discovery calls and surface integration requirements early.
• Scope CRM, lead source, API capabilities and integration complexity.
• Hand off Technical Scope to onboarding and ensure smooth go-live.
• Lead post-launch technical health checks with QA checklist.
• Stay current on product updates and new integrations.
