Boies Schiller Flexner LLP is seeking an AI Solutions Analyst to advance responsible AI adoption across the firm. You will partner with attorneys, business professionals, IS, Security, and other stakeholders to design and test AI workflows while protecting client confidentiality.

Your work includes identifying high-value use cases, translating needs into requirements, developing prompts and governance processes, and guiding pilots from concept to rollout.

Competenze

• 3+ years in business analysis or related role, AI-enabled solutions preferred.
• Ability to map processes, elicit requirements, and deliver structured outputs.
• Practical experience with generative AI tools, prompts, and evaluation.
• Working knowledge of AI concepts, model limitations, and governance controls.
• Strong analytical skills with data and qualitative insights.
• Experience with data prep, taxonomy, and reporting/visualization tools.
• Familiarity with information security, privacy, and governance considerations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain technical concepts.

• Identify, define, and prioritize AI use cases to improve service delivery and efficiency.
• Document current/future workflows and translate objectives into functional requirements and user stories.
• Analyze structured and unstructured data for automation opportunities and AI decisions.
• Design, test, and refine prompts, libraries, and human-in-the-loop processes.
• Develop evaluation plans for AI outputs and communicate results and risks.
• Coordinate pilots and proofs of concept from intake to adoption and rollout.
• Support configuration and administration of approved AI solutions.
• Ensure AI use aligns with firm policies, confidentiality, and governance standards.
• Maintain inventory of AI use cases, data sources, owners, and risks.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and executive summaries on program status.
