Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in a large law firm or professional services setting.
• Interest and expertise in AI applications for the legal sector.
• Curious, solution-oriented mindset with collaborative approach.
• Ability to adapt in a rapidly evolving field with strong analytical skills.
• Understanding of data privacy and information governance in law firms.
• Familiarity with knowledge management tools and intranets (preferred).
• Knowledge of SharePoint and web applications is a plus.
• Team player who collaborates across professional groups.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to identify, evaluate, and implement AI solutions for legal workflows.
• Lead engagements with attorneys to develop AI use cases.
• Design, test, and refine AI prompting strategies and workflows.
• Drive adoption and provide training to attorneys and staff.
• Manage change initiatives to build engagement and confidence in AI.
• Evaluate AI platforms, APIs, and integrations for practicality and usability.
• Translate legal needs to technical requirements for developers and vendors.
• Support and guide users to maximize AI solution impact.
• Track trends and create best practice guides for AI in law.
