Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Solution Management or Innovation-focused roles.
• Direct experience in a law firm environment or with legal technology preferred.
• Proficiency with product management tools and agile delivery.
• Experience applying Design Thinking to discovery, prioritization and solutioning.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with practice leadership to identify pain points and inefficiencies.
• Translate strategy into actionable capabilities, roadmaps and plans.
• Design and develop scalable AI-enabled solutions and drive agile delivery.
