You will act as a bridge between technical developers and high-level practitioners, ensuring that AI adoption is both impactful and ethically sound.

About the Role

This role focuses on the strategic implementation of AI solutions and requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure effective adoption and ethical practices.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Implementation: Partner with leadership to scout, test, and integrate next-generation AI platforms and custom API-driven tools.
• Prompt Engineering & Design: Lead the design and refinement of sophisticated prompting strategies to optimize output for complex professional workflows.
• Practice Engagement: Collaborate directly with internal stakeholders to identify high-value use cases and translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Change Management: Drive organizational adoption through targeted training, workshops, and the development of best-practice frameworks for AI utilization.
• Technical Translation: Serve as a subject matter expert who can explain complex system capabilities to non-technical users while coordinating effectively with vendors and engineers.
• Governance & Ethics: Ensure all technological implementations align with strict data privacy, information governance, and professional ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree (JD, MBA, or MS) is highly preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a large-scale professional services environment (Legal, Consulting, or Finance) with a focus on innovation, knowledge management, or legal project management.
