Job summary

Bessemer Trust seeks an Applied AI Solutions Lead to translate firm AI investments into actionable business guidance. You will work with business teams across the firm, aligning AI capabilities with real workflows and governance requirements.

The role collaborates with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and IT to ensure responsible AI use. Based in New York, you will guide AI-driven MS 365 usage and connectors, shaping repeatable patterns and driving measurable business value while maintaining data

Qualifications

• 6+ years in management consulting, business analysis, process design, or product management.
• Hands-on experience using AI platforms to solve real business problems.
• Shaping how a business workflow should evolve with measurable results.
• Strong prompt design, model capabilities, and limitations understanding.
• Experience translating SaaS platform capabilities into business guidance.
• Ability to balance business objectives with governance, risk and compliance.
• Experience moving solutions through risk/compliance/audit reviews.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps and data sources.
• Familiarity with SharePoint and OneDrive and Office add-ins.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to map how work is actually performed.
• Analyze data on business partnership opportunities and AI leverage.
• Advise on AI-enabled 365 capabilities and connectors for workflows.
• Ensure governance, data access, and privacy considerations are addressed.
• Prepare solutions for governance reviews with documented ownership.
• Convert solutions into repeatable patterns and maintain a catalog.
