Base44, the AI-powered software development platform now part of Wix, is seeking a high-velocity sales professional in New York. You will own the full sales cycle for SMB accounts, turning AI capabilities into compelling business value for CXOs and founders.

You will shape messaging, outreach strategies, and customer segmentation to fuel scale, while collaborating with leadership. This role requires NY-based candidates who can commute to the NYC office 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales in a technology company with a proven quota track record.
• Experience in SMB segments with short sales cycles and high-volume deal flow.
• Experience with PLG or land-and-expand motions to drive adoption.
• Familiarity with AI, ML, or developer-centric SaaS; able to discuss technical workflows with stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with the ambiguity of a startup within a giant organization.
• Strong communication skills, able to tailor messaging to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Based in NY; able to commute to NYC office 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closing high-growth SMB accounts.
• Translate Base44’s AI capabilities into business terms for CXOs and founders.
• Shape the go-to-market motion, including messaging and segmentation for scale.
• Identify and convert high-potential prospects to build early market momentum.
• Provide feedback to product teams to influence roadmap and positioning.
• Maintain a clean CRM and provide accurate deal forecasting.
