Job summary

phData is seeking an AI Services Lead to join our Client Services team. You will own activation for Anthropic-focused accounts, shape the deal vision, and build multi-year AI transformation roadmaps. You will manage delivery and growth, serving as the client's trusted advisor on how AI can impact their business.

You will collaborate with the Anthropic field team and internal leaders to scope engagements, oversee delivery quality, and identify expansion opportunities across your portfolio.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in hybrid delivery/sales or strategic account growth.
• Proven ability to scope and deliver engagements from pilot to rollout.
• Experience owning both delivery quality and account growth.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead activation for Anthropic-focused accounts, turning interest into engagements.
• Own end-to-end delivery oversight to identify risks early.
• Build and maintain account plans and use-case backlogs for AI programs.
• Shaping AI/data roadmaps with client stakeholders to drive outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify expansion opportunities across portfolios.
• Provide strategic leadership in executive meetings and roadmap discussions.
• Mentor team members and contribute to playbooks.
