Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow AI Architect Manager to lead transformation teams and drive AI-native solutions for clients. The role focuses on shaping EY’s AI strategy, coordinating with the AI & Data team, and delivering end-to-end AI transformations across multiple industries.

The candidate will oversee design, configuration/development, testing and deployment with strong emphasis on governance, risk management, and client satisfaction. Hybrid work model and global collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• Typically, 2–5 years of ServiceNow NOW Assist implementation experience.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow AI solutions (NOW Assist, Agentic, or AI Control Tower).
• Minimum of one of the listed ServiceNow certifications (NOW Assist for ITSM/HRSD/CSM).
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent soft skills—executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, organization.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• A driver’s license valid in the U.S. and ability to travel to meet client needs.
