Job summary

Ryder is seeking a Senior Director AI Security to establish and mature the enterprise AI Security program, reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer and guiding governance, risk management, and secure adoption of AI technologies across the enterprise.

The role leads a team of AI security architects and engineers, partnering with Legal, Privacy, Technology and business leaders to ensure secure, responsible innovation and compliance with evolving regulations.

Qualifications

Deep understanding of LLMs, generative AI, and model lifecycle.
Strong knowledge of data privacy, model governance, and adversarial AI/ML.
Proven ability to inject cybersecurity into business processes through teamwork and influence.
High integrity and professionalism representing security leadership.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute enterprise AI Security strategy, governance, and multi-year roadmap.
Establish AI security standards, policies, reference architectures, and secure development requirements.
Lead AI security risk management including model governance and regulatory compliance.
Build and lead the AI Security organization including hiring, budgeting, and operations.
Partner with technology, legal, privacy, procurement, and business leaders to securely enable AI adoption.
Oversee AI security architecture reviews and security assessments for AI initiatives.
Monitor emerging AI threats and regulatory developments; adjust strategy accordingly.
