Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Senior Director AI Security to lead and mature the enterprise AI Security program under the CISO.

You will shape strategy, governance, risk management, and secure adoption of AI technologies including LLMs and AI agents across the enterprise. Lead a team of AI security architects and engineers, partnering with Legal, Privacy, Procurement, and business leaders to align security with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years in progressive cybersecurity leadership.
• 3+ years AI/ML security design experience.
• 2+ years in AWS, GCP and/or Azure cloud security configuration and management.
• 2+ years in application security with emphasis on AI/ML.
• 5+ years leading security architecture or engineering teams.
• Knowledge of NIST CSF, RMF, ISO standards and AI risk frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise AI Security strategy and roadmap.
• Establish AI security standards and secure development requirements.
• Lead AI security risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Build and lead the AI Security organization, including budgeting.
• Partner with executives to securely enable enterprise AI adoption.
• Oversee AI security architecture reviews and security assessments.
• Monitor AI threats and regulatory developments and adjust strategy.
